DocuPro
Financial services

Financial services document management that is audit-ready by default

Banks, credit unions, lenders, and advisory firms need every application, statement, disclosure, and compliance record captured, retained, and producible on demand. DocuPro indexes documents by Account, Customer, and Branch, keeps every version with the original retained, and limits access by role and branch — so an examiner's request or an internal audit is a search, not a scramble.

Document types
ApplicationAccount and loan applications routed for review and approval
StatementCustomer statements filed by account and period
DisclosureSigned disclosures with version history
Compliance recordKYC, audit, and regulatory correspondence
Loan fileUnderwriting documents indexed by loan number

Index fields are yours to define. Add, rename, or look them up from another system — searches, security rules, and workflow routing all key off the same values.

Access decided by the document itself

Users authenticate with Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on. Groups grant what a role can do, folders scope where documents live, and security rules filter by index values. A document a user cannot see never appears in search, queues, print, or export.

where Branch = user.branch
→ staff see only their branch's customers

Why DocuPro fits financial services

Produce records on demand
Search by account, customer, or product and export the file — with the original always retained.
Compliance steps inside the workflow
A compliance stage with its own tasks and notification conditions makes review part of the process, not an afterthought.
Branch- and role-scoped access
Index-based security rules keyed on Branch or Officer keep customer records visible only where they should be.
Retention dates that drive action
Retention Date fields and scheduled notifications flag files due for review or disposal.

Frequently asked questions

Does DocuPro keep an audit trail?

Every document keeps version history with the original retained, and annotations, stamps, and workflow stage changes are recorded against the document.

Can access be limited by branch or officer?

Yes. Security rules filter by index values such as Branch or Officer, in addition to user groups and folder permissions.

Can we migrate an existing document archive?

Yes. Bulk import jobs move repositories with millions of documents, mapping existing metadata onto DocuPro index fields and retrying failed uploads.
